Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dongfang City, Hainan Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
